专利摘要:
A spinning machine with a plurality of spinning locations or stations is equipped with automatic or semi-automatic spool-changing mechanisms. The machine also has a servicing device, designed for travel along the machine and for repairing thread breakages at some particular spinning location. The presence of this servicing device or carriage at a spinning location would interfere with the operation of the spool-changing mechanism. A controller delivers signals to an appropriate receiver in the servicing device and causes it to depart to a neutral zone at the end of the machine.

The invention relates to textiles, namely, devices for controlling spinning machines. A device for controlling a threading machine with a thread breaker elimination function Mexat-H3M is known, a control unit, whose blocking input is connected to a thread breakage sensor, and the output is driven by a movement mechanism of thread breakout elimination mechanism and spool assembly and control unit spinning machine lj .. A disadvantage of the known device is the low productivity of the spinning machine. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. . The goal is achieved by the fact that in the device for controlling the spinning machine containing the thread breakage elimination mechanism, the control unit blocking the input of which is connected to the thread break sensor and the output is driven by moving the thread break elimination mechanism, the spool removal mechanism and the control unit the spinning machine, the spinning machine control unit has serially connected command sensors and a transmitting unit, and the thread breakage elimination mechanism includes a receiving unit, while the transmitting communication unit with a receiving unit, the output of which is connected with the control input of the control unit, the output of the thread breakage mechanism additionally connected with the mechanism. . In this case, the connection between the transmitting and receiving units is made contactless or in the form of conductive .-. and sliding contact. FIG. 1 shows a spin: machine, plan; in fig. 2 - the same, with the mechanism for removal and installation of spools; in fig. 3 — control unit of the spinning machine and the mechanism for eliminating thread breaks; in fig. 4 shows an embodiment of the connection between the transmitter and receiver, blocks. Spindle machine 1 has a mechanism 2 for eliminating a break in the line, installed with the POSSIBILITY of moving along the front of the spinning machine along guide 3. Spin machine 1 is also equipped with a mechanism for removing and installing spools, including clamps 4 mounted in supports 5. Control unit 6 The spinning machine has sensors .7 commands connected to the transmitting unit 8. The yarn breakage elimination mechanism 2 includes a receiving unit 9, the output of which is connected to the control input of the control unit 10. The connection between the transmitting unit 8 and the receiving unit 9 can be made either contactless, for example, electromagnetic, optical, etc., or as a contact bus 11 and a sliding contact 12. The device for controlling the spinning machine works as follows . During the bobbin winding process (not shown) on the spinning machine, the thread breaker elimination mechanism 2 moves along the guide 3. The bottom 2 has a thread breakage sensor ,, (not shown). Upon detection of a thread break, the thread break sensor issues a command to control unit 10, which stops the drive (not shown) of moving mechanism 2. After removing the thread break, mechanism 2 continues moving along the front of the spinning machine. Some time before the start of the removal of the spools, the block 6, with the aid of the sensor 7, issues a command to the transmitting unit 8. From block 8, a signal is output to the receiving unit 9, which controls the operation of block -10. In this case, regardless of whether there are thread breaks or not, mechanism 2 moves and stops in the appropriate position (Fig. 2). In this position, mechanism 2 does not interfere with the removal of 4 coils of wound spools and installation, with the help of the grip 4 wound spools. After this process is completed, the machine is turned on, and mechanism 2 does not inevitably move along the machine, finding and eliminating the warp threads. The positive effect from the use of the proposed device is determined by the increase in the productivity of the Machine due to the fact that time after the end of the bobbin winding is not wasted on installing the mechanism for eliminating thread breaks in a predetermined position.
